Yes. You invite caregivers to your household by email. Once they join, they can see the same baby's activity, and unless you give them view-only access, add and update entries.
Yes. Each person signs in with their own account (email and password, or Google) and is added to your shared household. You do not share one login.
No. Access is per child, not per person. Once a child is unlocked (during the free trial or with the one-time purchase), everyone you have invited to that household can log for that child at no extra cost.
