This policy explains what information Basic Baby Tracker (“we,” operated by Relay LLC) collects, how it is used, and the services that help us provide it. Questions: support@basicbabytracker.com.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you provide one, a display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google.
• Baby and tracking data you enter. The children you add (name and, if you choose, a birth date) and the entries you record (feedings, sleep, diaper changes, and notes) along with the times you record them and which member added them.
• Household and caregiver information. Email addresses you invite to share a child's tracking, so those caregivers can be added to your household.
• Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We store a record that a purchase was completed, including which child was unlocked and when.

How we use information

We use this information to provide the service: to store and display your tracking data, to share a child's activity with the caregivers you invite, to process one-time purchases and free trials, and to respond to support requests.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run Basic Baby Tracker, and your information is stored on their infrastructure:

• Google Firebase: account sign-in, database storage of your tracking data, and hosting of the application's server functions.
• Stripe: payment processing for one-time purchases.

These providers process data on our behalf so we can operate the service.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information, including your baby-tracking, household, or caregiver information. Information within a household is visible to the caregivers you invite to it. We share information with the service providers listed above to operate the service. We may also disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or Relay LLC.

Data stored on your device

So the app works quickly and keeps functioning when your connection drops, it stores a copy of your recent data on your device. You can remove this on-device copy by clearing your browser's site data for Basic Baby Tracker.

Security

We use established service providers (Google Firebase and Stripe) to store and process information for the service. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Business transfers

If Relay LLC or Basic Baby Tracker is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information held in the service may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will continue to handle it consistent with this policy or notify you of any material change.

Your choices and data deletion

You can add, edit, and delete the entries within your household in the app. Because a household's information can be shared among several caregivers, closing or deleting one person's account is not intended to automatically delete the shared household and baby records that other authorized members still use. If you would like to close your account or request deletion of information, contact support@basicbabytracker.com. Where no other authorized members remain in a household, the household's information may be eligible for deletion on request.

Children's information

Basic Baby Tracker is intended to be used by adults age 18 or older, parents and the caregivers they invite. Children are not intended to create or operate accounts. Any information about a child in the app is entered by the adult account holder for their own record-keeping.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. To make a request about your information, contact support@basicbabytracker.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above.
